Bastrop Empty Bowl ProjectThe Bastrop Empty Bowl Project is back for its 16th annual event with an array of soups and stews sure to please your palate. Make plans to attend Bastrop’s Empty Bowl Project on Saturday February 29th for lunch. The event will take place on from 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Bastrop Convention Center.

Your ticket purchase provides you a pottery soup bowl decorated by local school-age artists plus as much delicious soup as you can eat. Local restaurants and caterers provide the soups and there will be cookies for dessert. As part of the event, there will also be fan favorite voting and a silent auction. You may purchase your tickets online prior to the event or at the door on the day of the event.
