The last weekend before Halloween always brings lots of fun. With cooler temperatures and shorter days, it’s the perfect time for hay rides, bonfires (with smores of course) and some fun in anticipation of Halloween. Here are two fun activities you can enjoy this weekend to get in the spirit of the season.
The Barton Hill Fall Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday with a wide variety of activities. Pick out a pumpkin, wind through the corn maze, take fall photos, jump on the jumping pillow, try human foosball or play a game of corn hole. There are also farm animals, face painting, a playground and live music. Food and drinks are available on site so you can make a full day out of your trip to the farm.
The Sugar Shack will host pumpkin paintin’ on Saturday, October 26th at noon 1:00 and 2:00. This is a great way for the kids to have fun without you having to clean up the mess. Tickets to paint pumpkins include Halloween cookies and punch as well. This is a really fun way to enjoy the day and make a fun pumpkin too.
